Configure activity watcher server url #137

Hi, I'm trying to use AW in the following setup:

Activity Watcher server installed on windows host
Intellij IDEA installed on wsl2 linux client

From what I understand from the source code, aw-watcher-jetbrains looks for aw server on localhost:5600, but in my setup localhost is not actually 127.0.0.1 because wsl2 is actually a VM on its own network (see https://superuser.com/questions/1679757/how-to-access-windows-localhost-from-wsl2).

This could be resolved if I could change the aw url, either via a config file or a GUI setting.
