Model03 WSEGSICD Tests Fail #696

I'm attempting to generate some ACTIONX test for multi-segment wells and as part of this journey I noticed that the following Model03 tests all fail.

3A_WSEGSICD_MODEL3.DATA
3C_WSEGAICD_MODEL3.DATA
4_NUMAQ_MODEL3.DATA

with the following error message.

Error: Problem with keyword WSEGAICD
In /mnt/d/Linux/OPM/OPM-TESTS-DBX/model3/include/wells.sch5 line 73.
Internal error: Zero connection length is found. No way to update scaling factor for this SICD segment

This occurs both for my local build and the 2021-10 release.

Thanks for reporting! To me it seems like this is a problem for opm-simulators, i.e., a short-coming in the WSEGAICD implementation?
