OPM flow manual Table F.43 puts lgr names in two keywords

Table F.43 mentions keyword LGRNAMES and LGRS in summary index files, however, I have only seen usage of LGRS in summary files. There is also the key LGRNAMES in restart files. Are the names duplicated in both of these keywords or is this a typo?

I think that LGRS has one item for every SUMMARY mnemonic in the output file (size=NLIST) defining the LGR (if any) associated with that mnemonic. Whereas, LGRNAMES is a list of all LGRs in the model (size=NLGR).

So it would make sense for LGRNAMES to be in the restart file.
