How to update the Bundling tools to latest version to support ES6?

Hello folks,
I am experiencing issues with Only Office's latest version after minifying my code, which uses ES6. Certain functions and dot notation are not functioning properly, resulting in undefined or null values. Can you provide guidance on how to update to the latest version that supports ES6, or suggest an alternative bundling software that also supports ES6?
