Time Series Template: Width of dropdown lists

It would be helpful to have the drop down extend horizontally the full length of the text so that the whole name can be seen. For example, the "Variable Name" in the "Variables" tab is too narrow to allow the user to select.

I don't know if this can be done with excel.
