[FEATURE] Add "Notes" to Select Column to Show/Hide

Describe the solution you'd like
On some machines I leave a note with my text. I'd like to be able to add these "note" to the columns to show/hide at the front page.

Currently there's no way of knowing if a machine has a note or not but by manually going into it and checking.

I'm aware this could be a problem with multiple notes, maybe show the upper most / first note only in said column.
