Problem's description

Describe your problem here

Hi,

I'm building a lab for an enterprise use of OCS inventory and I'm having somes issues with deployment.
When i'm trying to create a package with .exe file, OCS return "your package was successfully created" but there is a total size of 0 (ocs1.png screenshot).
ocs1

When I'm looking in the download folder, there is nothing except "info" file in folder
ocs2

This giving me an EXIT_CODE_1 during deployment on client host.

In the same time, i'm trying to make a msi package, this time, I get a blank page and an empty folder is created.
ocs3

I checked permissions on folder and this meet requirements
ocs4

I didn't found anything helpfull on web, maybe i'm missing something...

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Poneyl ,

Can you verify that php-zip is correctly installed on your server ?
Do you have errors in your Apache log file ?

Best regards,
Charlene

Hi,

It seems I missed this point in the documentation. Its ok now. Apache didn't log anything for this issue.

Thanks.

Best Regards,
