Link automatically created Landed Costs to corresponded Bills

Steps to reproduce

• ... when we have a different currency rate on bill and an receipt, system automatically creates LC documents

Current behavior
but it is not fill up corresponded bill in the LC document
Expected behavior
It is nice to fill up corresponded Bill in the Landed Cost document to have a link
