Can you go into this into more detail for me? Explain what sort of breaks you're looking for...

Check source-install repo for hpacbuild if missing dependency in binary repo, and if available, ask user if he or she wants to resolve the missing dependency with a source build. If none are available, then notify user and not install package due to unsatisfiable dependencies.
