I don't often get emails due to #283 but when I do they're commonly things that should be GitHub issues for others to follow and comment on.

Being a maintainer doesn't necessarily obligate someone to provide individual personal help and pushing people to GitHub issues or maybe the matrix channel would be nice IMO
