It should link to https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/nixos/modules/system/boot/systemd.nix#L208 instead of https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/nixos/modules/testing/service-runner.nix
