I have programmed for Hierarchical Clustering Algorithms in both R and Python.

Please help me create a explanatory markdown documentation for the same.

@pragyakapoor Thanks for the contributions! Although The Notebook file documentation is amazing but still it does not automatically renders like Readme file and it would be difficult for beginners to fetch and read it.

Update Needed:

  • Suitable rename - readme or documentation
  • Render Notebook automatically or create a similar markdown file along with this.
