Newsletter functionality

Currently implementing this for the current situation ( part of the requested functionality):

• People subscribe to a tag ( don't need an account --> use Sendy for custom newsletters?)
• Users subscribe and want a immediate mail ( when they posted something), daily or weekly.

All summaries should be in ONE mail to limit emails from the platform, except when requested, also something like hangfire should be implemented or use a cronjob for this.

Emails could implement "action buttons". I'm afraid most sended emails will be one by one generated ( instead of 1000 of the same emails) #92 (A daily overview in a mail, to approve payments --> Press approve or truncate on every line)
