Expand decoding targets #812

@jbpoline was thinking it might be good to allow users to decode their statistical maps using different target maps- especially the maps on NeuroMaps (https://netneurolab.github.io/neuromaps/).

I also think it would be great to target Neurosynth topic models, GC-LDA topic maps, etc.
