new moabb version 1.0.1

Hello!

I think we have enough for a new version of moabb! Especially with the new BIDs structure. There are some small things that I think are adjustments for the new version, and I'll mark them below:

• Update the moabb diagram to incorporate the Cache  #439
• Create new tutorial to reading different dataset in the bid format and using the moabb. #436
• Replace the MNE-BIDS version to stable #432
• [WIP] Adding a A large EEG database with users' profile information for motor imagery Brain-Computer Interface dataset #404

#429 and #430 would be easy to implement and nice to have in 0.6. Let's discuss them during the meeting
