The class will contain:

  • a metadata dictionary (animal, session, etc)

  • the vsdi video (np.array)

  • the vsdi mask

  • the lfp data (np.array)

  • the behavioural data (dict)

  • functions to load and save the individual attributes

  • functions to reshape the data in fromat useful for subsequent analysis (e.g. mask filtering and flattening and vice versa)
