A lot of FCU/NewPayload Timeouts on chiado with Lighthouse after restart of the node #6893

For some reason on chiado nodes which are connected to Lighthouse I'm getting quite a few of FCU/NewPayload timeouts after restarting the node.

I see also that we are processing quite a lot of blocks after restart - it should be only 64 but we are reprocessing much more - maybe that is related?

Important:
It happens ONLY with Lighthouse nodes.
Had 2 LH nodes and 4 others (Teku, Lodestar) - on Teku and Lode it did not happened at all.

@flcl42 Anything we should do about it? These timeouts are only happening for gnosis chains not for eth ones.
