Huge memory spike when archive node finishes Downloading blocks. #6858

Whenever node finishes downloading blocks on archive node (mainnet) I experience huge memory usage increase as per below screenshot:

It happens ideally on a moment when Downloaded finishes.

Is it managed or db memory? Could be db defragging/optimizing
