Description of the enhancement

Skosmos lacks a configuration parameret for preferred order lof languages, when listing literals. Currently the order is - languages in alphabetical order, and literals in aplhabetical order for each language.

Who are the users that would benefit from the enhancement and how?

Vocabulary maintainers who have multilingual data with lots of literals per property, e.g.
http://www.yso.fi/onto/hero/p2278 or http://urn.fi/URN:NBN:fi:au:ykl:10.8 .
This feature was requested by the maintainers of the Finnish Pulic Library Classification System.

What new functionalities would the enhancement make possible?

Set up a configuration property e.g. skosmos:languageOrder ( "fi" "sv") ; which would always prefer the given order first and list the rest of the literals in alphabetical order per language (filtering out the priority languages).

Why is the enhancement important?

This is one of those small things that has been overlooked while there are lots of other configuration properties for displaying different languages, like skosmos:fallbackLanguages
