Deprecated top concepts are displayed in hierarhical view

Description of the problem

When setting skosmos:showDeprecated to 'false' the deprecated concepts are not searchable or displayed in the alphabetical list, BUT there are still listed in the Hierarchy tree, which should not happen according to Skosmos rules.

Thanks for reporting. It seems that this is a top concept. That could explain why I wasn't initially able to replicate the problem.
