Additional context

After searching the internet we have not found any helpful information to definitively solve this problem. Yes, we have found a solution to get out of the problem which is to go to the path /usr/local/nagvis/etc/profiles/nagiosadmin.profile and copy the nagiosadmin.profile file, renaming it and eliminating the one that causes problems, then we restart the server and is operational again.
