timeline ability to loop back to an earlier page (e.g., repeating instructions) #145

currently the blocks are more agressive and trying to navigate back to a previous route will fail even if your code is specifically requesting that.

(I think the answer is perhaps to allow timelines to have a default Next route and also software "also allowed routes" which can be accessed via router push events but not through URL changes to block the bouncing)
