Building on / cleaning up code from Pam's helping experiment and my dyadic learning trap experiment.

Functionality:

Waiting room for matching players, with some proposal/acceptance logic.
Syncing task information.

Notes:

Should use RTDB stuff added for consider how firebase realtime database can be incorporated as a core feature #129.
Should first solve for 2 players, then generalize to n players

But then again maybe this makes more sense to implement as a server-side thing? At least the waiting room part of it? (see https://nuxt.com/)
