  • currently naming is a bit inconsisent. for example smilestore.jg refers to the project itself but timelinestepper.js is more generic. i'm not sure within smile things need to be called smile by name unless there was a compelling reason to differentiate them from built-in Vue functions

reorganizing files to make more clear where to edit (issue #103)

the src folder has a lot of files, some which we expect users to modify and others less so.  this is a first pass at organization by adding a core/ folder which contains some .js modules that end users of the library are unlikely to need to edit.
