Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I cannot use Catch2 range matchers to write my CUB unit tests.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please update the Catch2 version that CUB uses so I can use newer features.

V3 only supports C++17 and above. We still need to support C++11.
