700 MHz band multi-frequency IQ action durations

The survey_700MHz_band_iq action YAML file seems to have 2 typos which result in 10 second long IQ acquisitions at 772 MHz and 802 MHz, while all of the other frequencies are 1 second long acquisitions. If this is intentional, there is no issue, but it looks like it may be a typo and that they should all be 1 second long captures.
