Calibration action does not update "last_calibration_time" in status #64

Closing this issue here since the last_calibration_time in the SCOS Sensor status endpoint is pulled directly from the sensor calibration file only on SCOS Sensor startup and therefore this change needs to be made in scos-sensor rather than here.
