Cascader级联选择搜索功能中使用拼音输入法输入中文的时候，会出现拼音浮现在placeholder上面，也就是拼音出现了，但是placeholder还在，就叠在一起了

Steps to reproduce

使用微软拼音输入法选择中文拼音，在输入框中输入pin(此时还没有按空格键选择)，会出现拼音叠在Please select上面

What is expected?

拼音出现在上面的时候，不要出现placeholder

What is actually happening?

拼音出现在上面的时候，placeholder依旧存在
