abnormal behavior of clustering twitter items

We observed that items of twitter-sources are getting clustered with cluster score "0.0" although the configured cluster-threshold of these sources is "2.5".

That behavior is independant of tweet-author

• tweets of different authors / sources with different topics
• or same source but different topics

are getting clustered with score "0.0" (among other scores).
