  • build method: bioarchlinux repository
  • version: 3.2.7 MPI, MPI beagle, begale without MPI, without MPI even git version, and 3.2.6 beagle
  • OS: Arch Linux
  • sequences file: see attached seq.txt
  • sequences test: using TIGER see log tiger.txt, it seems okay
  • log of mrbayes: mb.txt
  • description: when the split frequencies turn to ca. 0.07, it starts to become NA and continues.
  • additional information: PhyloBayes can produce a consensus tree from the dataset, maybe this is the issue of MrBayes
