What version can you reproduce the issue?

Beta 2.3

Is this a new issue (ie. can you not reproduce the issue on older versions)?

Yes

What game does this issue reproduce on (Name, Region, etc)?

Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!, NTSC

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the game as normal, using a GameCube Controller.
  2. Once the game starts, play as normal.
  3. You'll notice Spyro only kind of walks, not runs.

Describe the issue in detail:

It seems that there may be a mistake with the reach for the GCN joysticks, I have two and both are fine on gcn games, yet, with Spyro 2 on this emulator, it doesm't make it, spyro only walks, and doesn't run, you can spot the differemce if you use the D-Pad, since Spyro does run.
