(REQ) Screen tearing Issue.

There seems to be a slight screen tearing issue, its noticeable in scrolling games like Megaman x4
Its a single horizontal line the moves slowly down the screen.

I would take a pic but I don't think a still image would show the issue. The best way would be to get the game yourself and play the jungle stage. :)
