Not able to setup project on local machine #4532

Getting below errors in setup. Python is already installed in my local machine still getting error.

OS: MacOs Monterey
node: 12.0.0
npm: 6.9.0

Steps to reproduce

Cloned repo
Checkout to develop branch
Do npm ci
