Can't bypass passphrase on Keepkey with passphrase enabled

Steps to reproduce

After entering the main password on a keepkey with BIP39 Passphrase enabled cannot proceed with a blank passphrase.

What do you expect to happen?

Like the behavior of keepkey on Shapeshift and also Trezor should be able to proceed with passphrase left blank enabling the top-level set of addresses to be accessible

What happens instead?

Can only access BIP39 "hidden" addresses since no option exist to proceed with a blank passphrase.
