[CI]: SonarCloud does not report status on Pull Requests or detect branches

Description

After migrating builds to GitHub Actions, SonarCloud stopped reporting status on Pull Requests. Looking in SonarCloud, it doesn't seem to detect them nor detect the branches that are built.

1. Make PR
2. Wait for build
