小助手版本 : 3.8.2.1
BUG描述 : CPU异常占用
操作场景 : 如题，使用Cisco anyconnect之后，CPU异常占用达到150%+，CPU温度直接拉到100度
方便的话提供日志, 截图或者视频(可选)
