[Bug]: worlds with the name "creative" is not allowing the items to be dropped #3068

Bug Description

In my world "creative" (with "creative_nether" "creative_the_end") is not allowing items to dropped and the minecraft:item to be summoned

Steps to reproduce

Drop an item in world "creative", "creative_nether", "creative_the_end"

Agreements

  • I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
  • I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

This appears to be another plugin interfering. Not something multiverse controls, nor limits by worldname.
Worldguard?

I am not using Worldguard but I am using essentials X
