-interval (where to set parameter)

I've looked everywhere and must have missed it. I regularly get the "collected hash rates during last interval" etc with the suggestion to increase the '-interval'. Do I put this in the start.bat file and could I please ask for an example of the correct syntax.

I've got the same issue. I'm not even sure which .bat file to put the command in.

Another poster suggested I use NemosMiner as MPH is old and not so much supported anymore :( I haven't been able to get Nemos to fly yet.
