Portal Payment

Need a way to send payment through a portal. Instead of submitting payment automatically via a check we need a way to choose to submit payment through the portal and create a task that flags it as something that will need to get manually submitted by a staff member.

In addition, we'll need to set up a card for support team members to use when paying for requests via portal.
