File uploading

• Carrierwave is good, but needs to be configured, and image processing doesn't happen in the background. Shrine looks like an intriguing alternative.
• Additionally, checks like content type and file size can only happen once the file is uploaded. These checks should probably be made on the client side first. Therefore, we need to use some kind of Ajax upload library in tandem with the server-side solution.
