Platformer2D sample is not building due to missing font file #62

I had to change the FontName property in Hud.spritefont to FreeSans in order to build the sample.
There is no Arial or Arial Bold font since i'm using Ubuntu.

Only just spotted this, but I find it odd this hasn't come up before, will do a fresh clone and test.
