[1.20.1] Sky light issues

Operating System : Windows 10

Plugin list : None

Description of issue : Sometimes strange light spots are generated in random places in the Overworld. This problem is there no matter if you have mods and plugins or not.

Fixed it by installing Starlight, but I think I'll leave that issue open
