[1.20.1] Spigot - CraftItemEvent is no longer trigger

Concerned mod / plugin : My own plugin

Logs : No logs

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Make a plugin with CraftItemEvent
2. Try to make a craft
3. See that the event is not trigger

Description of issue : Hello, I come back with a bug that I had already reported and which had been fixed (9 months ago) but which seems to have reappeared in the latest versions.

When a player uses the craft table the CraftItemEvent event is not triggered even though it should be. I only tested it with the crafting table.
