[1.19.2] Server NOT start with ATM8 Modpack

Description of issue : When I start the server it stays in that state and the CPU drops to 35% and until you force it to shut down it doesn't respond to anything. And if it starts again it does the same thing again. Most errors that occur when starting the server and that can be seen in the log in the link also occur with the native server version of Forge compatible with the modpack.
I have also tried to try with a newer version of Mohist and changing the files in "/libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/" for version 43.2.14 of Forge but, even if I manage to start and be able to play the server, the plugins do not load .
