Integrating RTLCSS with an Angular App

@MohammadYounes I commented on another issues that was closed about this same issue. I am not sure if its best to address it in there or if this is the best way. But I am trying to integrate this into an Angular App and am having quite a difficult time figuring it out. I'm really hoping I can use it cause I know it will save me weeks of work. If you can give me any direction on how to achieve this that would be amazing. Thank you

@rally-clonk As I mentioned in my comment, I can't give a definitive answer as I haven't worked with Angular-CLI.

However, rtlcss is a postcss plugin, I suggest searching for integrating postcss with angular instead.
