[Redesign] Implement status feedback for config items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user I can see the status for my config items in the list view and config detail view. With the new UI we have the possibility now to use different state indications for different events.

Confirmations:
The following states were displayed commonly with an exclamation mark

• No FSUIPC connection, but required for this item
• No SimConnect connection, but required for this item
• No Xplane connection, but requried for this item
• Transform error / NCalc error / Modifier error
• Precondition is (not) satisfied
• Joystick is not connected, but required for this config item
• Midi device is not connected, but required for this config item
• An exception has occurred on config item execution
