[Redesign] Config list view functions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the old UI we had various convenience functions for our config list views which we might want to port to the new UI too.

List of functions:

• Double click opens edit dialog
• Copy & Paste of selected line (single line only)
• Hit space bar to (de-)activate selected config items in the list
• On typing, edit the description of the config item right in the table
