Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Especially for joysticks and midi boards, I want to be able to de-activate support through MobiFlight on general level

Confirmations:

  • There is a switch to enable or disable a specific device
    • This works for joysticks
    • This works for midi devices
    • This works for arduinos (instead of blacklisting COM ports)
