Describe the bug
In the #339 branch, CMB2 boxes won't expand if they're set to be closed by default.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. switch to 328-fieldmap-screen-design-updates branch
  2. go to a post edit screen that has CMB2 boxes on it
  3. boxes that start as open are fine, but boxes that are closed will not open

Expected behavior
These boxes should be unaffected
