[1.16.5] When you are in spectator you can also see the player's legs

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go into spectator mode

Description of issue:
When you are in spectator mode, you can see the legs of the players (it happens even without mods only with forge)

Can't reproduce by changing from creative to spectator in a singleplayer world. Only mod I have installed is LazyDFU which should not affect this.

you can reproduce it, try using /gamemode spectator commands and stay in a server (I don't know if it works in single player)

I ran that version for a server and client and no mods or packs and after entering spectator with the command, I could not reproduce it either.

I don't know but sometimes the legs are visible and sometimes not (in a server with mods the legs are visible and in another server with the same mods the legs aren't visible)
